KOTA KINABALU: Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah, Tun Juhar Mahiruddin,
membuat laporan polis terhadap seorang pemimpin tertinggi Barisan
Nasional (BN) Sabah, minggu lalu.
Laporan polis itu
dipercayai ada kaitan dengan upacara angkat sumpah jawatan sebagai Ketua
Menteri oleh Pengerusi BN Sabah, Tan Sri Musa Aman, pada 10 Mei lalu.
Difahamkan,
susulan laporan polis itu, pemimpin terbabit dipanggil ke Ibu Pejabat
Polis Kontinjen (IPK) Sabah Rabu lalu untuk diambil keterangan bagi
membantu siasatan yang dijalankan berkaitan ugutan jenayah.
Pesuruhjaya Polis Sabah, Datuk Ramli Din ketika dihubungi, mengesahkan menerima laporan itu namun enggan mengulas lanjut.
Pada
10 Mei lalu, Musa mengangkat sumpah sebagai Ketua Menteri Sabah di
hadapan yang di-Pertua Negeri selepas BN bersama Parti Solidariti Tanah
Airku (STAR) memiliki 31 daripada 60 kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN).
Bagaimanapun,
dua hari kemudian Presiden Parti Warisan Sabah (WARISAN), Datuk Seri
Mohd Shafie Apdal, mengangkat sumpah sebagai Ketua Menteri apabila
mendapat majoriti mudah untuk membentuk kerajaan selepas enam ADUN BN
menyokong beliau.
Susulan itu, pada Isnin lalu, pihak
Istana menyerahkan surat pemberitahuan daripada Tun Juhar bahawa Musa
bukan lagi Ketua Menteri.
Khamis lalu, Musa menfailkan
saman terhadap Juhar dan Mohd Shafie menerusi firma guaman Messrs FT
Ahmad & Co, bagi mendapatkan pengisytiharan bahawa beliau kekal
sebagai Ketua Menteri yang sah mengikut peruntukkan undang-undang.
